Williamstown Bay DeForest is a two-story building with elevator service and laundry facilities on each floor. As you walk in the front entrance, there is a beautifully decorated community living room with cable TV and DVD/VCR. An adjoining kitchen/dining room/activities room may be reserved by residents for group activities or family gatherings. Outside, a relaxing central courtyard beckons you. The entries are controlled-access with an intercom system in each apartment.
Williamstown Bay DeForest apartment homes are fully carpeted with a neutral color and matching vinyl in the kitchen and bath. Each apartment has a modern kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher, refrigerator, range and garbage disposal. They also feature abundant cabinet and closet space, as well as an additional storage locker at no extra cost.
Williamstown Bay DeForest consists of 34 one and two bedroom apartment homes. The one bedrooms are 585 and 626 square feet. The two bedrooms are 866 square feet. Garages are optional. Expanded Basic Cable is available in every apartment home for a reduced fee per month. Rent includes heat, water, sewer and refuse collection.
Williamstown Bay DeForest is an affordable apartment community. To qualify for an apartment the gross annual income must fall below the Dane County maximum income limit. The limit is based upon the number of household members. A one person household must have an annual income of less than $34,860; a two person household income must be under $39,840. The rent rates are a set rate and are not based on your income.
